Chris Jones is the founder and President of Edgesafe Systems. He launched Edgesafe in response to the need for more comprehensive safety solutions in the fast-moving construction industry. With over 20 years of experience in the health and safety field, Chris is uniquely positioned to combine his expertise with leading-edge safety product developments to offer an unparalleled service experience to his customers.

Chris began his career in safety as a Manufacturer Sales Representative, focusing on Fall and Respiratory Protection. He regularly conducted hands-on training and educational programs with industry and developed a reputation as a dedicated and knowledgeable professional, sought after by his customers.

After numerous inquiries related to construction site drop accidents, Chris saw the need for stronger safety requirements for slab edge protection. He worked collaboratively with Worksafe BC and a reputable manufacturer to introduce the revolutionary Smart Edge System to the British Columbian market in 2011, followed quickly by the advanced Debris Netting System in 2012.

Formally launched in 2016, the vision for Edgesafe Systems was to be a complete solutions provider with more straightforward, safer designs, and comprehensive safety packages. This ethos guides Chris and his Edgesafe team today, as they lead the industry in edge safety.

Mike has been in construction since 2008, starting from the bottom working his way through labour, safety and all the way up to assistant superintendent.

Mike is always there to lend a helping hand, whether is be spearheading fundraising campaigns for major charities or working as a volunteer firefighter in Mission, this caring approach has played a major factor in developing the safety program for ESS and the complete safety-driven turn key solutions to our customers.

Mike takes a family-first approach not only at home but to our valued employees, he ensures they are trained to the highest standards while working safely in the most hazardous of construction height situations.
